  33. Robert Cottrell presented a brief history of the 1076.1 sub-PAR.
  34.  
  35. 3. Discussion of the Design Objectives Document
  36. ===============================================

  38. Dominique Rodriguez presented the first draft of the Design Objectives
  39. document. The document was then discussed, with most discussion being
  40. on general topics. It was agreed to gather these together at the
  41. beginning of the document as "General Guidelines".
  42.  
  43. Robert Cottrell agreed to update the DO document following the meeting,
  44. and then return the "master copy" to Hazem El-Tahawy to manage. This
  45. updated copy will be circulated with these minutes.
  46.  
  47. Future discussion will be largely by email, using the mailing list
  48. set up by Robert Cottrell. Hazem El-Tahawy will manage communication
  49. with those who have no email address. The address of the mailing list is:
